Why we exist
Every business ends up with a cupboard of old laptops, a retired server or a box of drives nobody quite knows what to do with. Too often it ends up in a skip or with a general recycler, or it sits in storage because nobody is sure how to get rid of it safely.
That old kit is full of client files, emails, passwords and personal data, and under UK GDPR it stays your responsibility until it’s properly destroyed. We started Wipedforgood to make that simple: one booking, one collection, and complete confidence that your data is gone for good.
What we stand for
Security first
Every drive is erased to HMG IS5 and verified. Failed drives are destroyed to 6mm or less.
Complete transparency
GPS-tracked collections, serial-number logging and a certificate for every device.
Nothing wasted
Equipment is refurbished for a second life wherever possible, and recycled properly under WEEE.
We don’t pick and choose
If it uses electricity, we’ll clear it, so you’re never left with the awkward leftovers.
Where we work
We cover all of London, every borough and the City, and the whole of Surrey. From office refreshes to full server-room clear-outs, we collect for free, erase and certify, and give everything we can a second life.
