How collection works in London
London sites come with their own challenges: shared buildings, loading-bay bookings, concierge desks and tight parking. Tell us about access when you enquire and we’ll plan the collection around it.
- Book Tell us what you have and when suits you. We’ll confirm your free collection slot.
- Collect Our GPS-tracked vehicle comes to you. Every asset is logged by serial number and sealed on-site.
- Erase At our secure facility, each drive is individually erased to HMG IS5 and verified. Drives that have failed and can’t be accessed are destroyed to particles of 6mm or less.
- Certify You receive a certificate for every device, recorded against its serial number.
- Reuse The rest of each machine is refurbished for a second life, or recycled under WEEE regulations.

Do you cover all of London?

What proof do I get that my data has been destroyed?
You receive a certificate covering every device, recorded against its serial number, with the erasure method and result. It’s the evidence you need for UK GDPR accountability and audits.
Do you shred the drives?
No. We try our best to avoid landfill as part of our carbon-neutral mission. Once your drive goes through our process, every single byte is rewritten, so there are no traces left behind. Every drive receives a certificate from industry-approved erasure software. We don’t cut corners.
How much does it cost?
Collections of 10 or more items are completely free. Smaller collections may have a charge, depending on the items, so please still get in touch and we’ll look at it case by case.
How quickly can you collect?
Tell us your preferred timeframe when you enquire. We’ll come back within one working day with available collection slots.
What happens to the equipment afterwards?
With the data securely erased, machines are tested, repaired and refurbished for reuse wherever possible. Anything that can’t be reused is recycled under WEEE regulations.
