How it works in Surrey

- Collect Our GPS-tracked vehicle comes to your site. Every asset is logged by serial number and sealed before it leaves.
- Erase and verify Each drive is individually erased to HMG IS5 at our secure facility. Drives that have failed and can’t be accessed are destroyed to particles of 6mm or less.
- Certify You receive a certificate for every device, recorded against its serial number.
- Reuse or recycle Machines are refurbished for reuse, or recycled under WEEE regulations.

Do you shred the drives?
No. We try our best to avoid landfill as part of our carbon-neutral mission. Once your drive goes through our process, every single byte is rewritten, so there are no traces left behind. Every drive receives a certificate from industry-approved erasure software. We don’t cut corners.
How much does it cost?
Collections of 10 or more items are completely free. Smaller collections may have a charge, depending on the items, so please still get in touch and we’ll look at it case by case.
What happens to the equipment afterwards?
Machines are refurbished for reuse wherever possible, and anything that can’t be reused is recycled responsibly under WEEE regulations.
