Book your free collection

Tell us what you have, where it is and when suits you. We’ll confirm your free collection slot and any reporting requirements, typically within one working day.

GPS-tracked collection

Our team collects from your site in a GPS-tracked vehicle. Every asset is logged and sealed before it leaves, starting an unbroken chain of custody from the moment it leaves your hands.

Secure transit and individual erasure

Your assets travel directly to our secure facility, tracked end to end. Each drive is then individually erased to HMG IS5 (Infosec Standard 5) and verified. No byte left unturned.

  • One drive at a time: every drive is erased individually, never in bulk guesswork

  • Nothing left behind: every single byte is rewritten, so no trace of your data remains
Drive failed? In certain cases, where a drive has failed and can’t be accessed, we physically destroy it to particles of 6mm or less, in line with NCSC guidance for secure destruction.

Your certificate

Once everything has been processed, you receive an audit-ready certificate covering every device: the evidence you need to show auditors, clients and insurers that your data was handled properly.

A second life

With the data securely erased, the rest of the machine is tested, repaired and refurbished, ready for reuse. Anything that can’t be reused is recycled responsibly under WEEE regulations, keeping as much as possible out of landfill.
